SMS Terms & Conditions

Dealflix Alerts are automated, account-related texts about activity on your Dealflix account:

· Advisors — a new access request on a listing and the hour before it lapses, a listing that went live or needs changes, and a space pitched to a requirement you represent or a tenant brought to your listing.
· Tenants — a text when an advisor replies to a message you sent them.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Verification codes are separate from the program; see section 1A.

To your own number. When you sign up, sign in, book a tour or add a mobile number, we send a one-time code by text, at your request, to confirm the number is yours. Asking for a code does not enroll you in Dealflix Alerts.

To a business's listed number. When someone claims a business page on Dealflix, they can ask us to send a one-time code to that business's publicly listed phone number, by text or, for a landline, an automated voice call that reads the code. Each code is a single message, sent only because it was requested, capped per hour, and never followed by marketing. If you received one you did not expect, ignore it, or tell us at support@dealflix.ai and we will block further codes to that number.

Alerts are off until you switch them on. You can tick an unchecked, optional box when you sign up (and, as a tenant, when you ask about a space), or switch them on later in Settings → Text alerts once your mobile number is confirmed. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, asking about a space, or anything else on Dealflix.

Beside the control you will see one of these sentences, and we record which one you agreed to, when, and for which number:

After you opt in we text a confirmation straight away:

Dealflix: You are signed up for Dealflix Alerts about your listings. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Dealflix: You are signed up for Dealflix Alerts when an advisor replies. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Message frequency varies with activity on your account — usually a few texts a week, and never more than 12 in a day. Alerts that would arrive between 9pm and 8am where your number is registered are held until morning.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Dealflix does not charge for texts.

Reply STOP to any Dealflix text to cancel. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. You can also switch alerts off at any time in Settings. To start again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent to US mobile numbers only. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, and we cannot guarantee it — every alert also reaches you by email or in the app.

We use your mobile number only to send the codes and alerts described here. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

If you change or give up your number, switch alerts off first or reply STOP, so texts meant for you do not reach whoever has the number next. A new number on your account starts with alerts off.
