DMCA Policy

The fastest route: open the photo and use the Report photo control, then choose “This is my copyrighted photo.” Copyright reports route straight to our designated agent, and the photo is held from public view while we review.

To submit a written notice of claimed infringement, send our designated agent a message that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail to locate it — the deal page URL and the photo.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to our designated DMCA agent at dmca@dealflix.ai. We act on valid notices promptly, including removing or disabling access to the material.

If your photo was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.

When we confirm a photo infringes, we remove it and record a strike against the account that uploaded it. In appropriate circumstances, and consistent with the DMCA, we suspend accounts that are repeat infringers. Three unresolved strikes suspend the account. Filing knowingly false claims or reports may itself result in liability and account action.
