DMCA Policy

The fastest route: open the photo and use the Report photo control, then choose “This is my copyrighted photo.” Copyright reports route straight to our designated agent, and the photo is held from public view while we review.

To submit a written notice of claimed infringement, send our designated agent a message that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail to locate it — the page URL and which photo, text or file.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our designated agent is reachable by post at Dealflix LLC, 11311 Fuqua St, Houston, TX 77089, attention DMCA Agent. Send notices to dmca@dealflix.ai. We act on valid notices promptly, including removing or disabling access to the material, and we tell the account that posted it. We may send that account a copy of the notice, including the sender's name and contact details, so it can respond.

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent with your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; your name, address and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where Dealflix may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. When we receive a valid counter-notification we send a copy to the person who filed the original notice, and we restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action to stop the infringement.

When we confirm that a photo or any other material infringes, we remove it and count a strike against the account that uploaded it. In appropriate circumstances, and consistent with the DMCA, we suspend accounts that are repeat infringers. Three unresolved strikes suspend the account. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), and we may close accounts that file false notices or reports.
