When I started in CRE brokerage, nobody shared anything. I watched brokers cut other brokers out of deals. Just because they could. My first deal, I found it and I brought the buyer. An older broker came over the top of me, took it, and split the $75,000 with a broker who had nothing to do with it. I got zero. The temperature in the industry is changing fast.
